All purchases made on our website are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

No Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been processed. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof at polishedwithpurpose316@gmail.com. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
